This privacy policy applies to the Mai app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Aykut Aktas (the "Service Provider") as a commercial service. It explains what information the Application collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Photos. When you create a face swap, the photos you choose (your selfie and the target photo) are uploaded to the Service Provider's secure servers so the faces can be detected and the result can be generated. Photos are used only to produce the result you request. They are not used to train AI models, sold, or used to identify you.

Face data. To perform a swap, the Application detects faces in your photos. This processing happens only to complete your request. The Service Provider does not create or keep facial recognition templates, does not use face data to identify you, and does not share face data with third parties for their own purposes.

Account information. The Application creates an anonymous account on first launch so your credits, purchases, and results stay linked to you. You do not need to provide a name, email address, or password.

• An anonymous account identifier and a tenant-specific user identifier
• A push notification token, if you allow notifications, used only to tell you when a result is ready
• Purchase and credit balance information needed to provide paid features
• App usage events and crash diagnostics, such as the screens you use, device model, operating system version, and app version

The Application does not collect your precise or approximate location, contacts, or advertising identifier.

• To generate the face swaps you request and let you recover your results
• To manage your credits, purchases, and subscription
• To send notifications you have allowed
• To diagnose crashes and improve the Application's reliability and features

Uploaded photos and generated results are kept on the Service Provider's servers only as long as needed to create, deliver, and let you recover your result, and are then deleted. Your History of results is stored on your device; you can delete it at any time from the History screen or by removing the Application. Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and as required by law.

The Application uses the following services, which process information under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) for usage analytics and crash reports
• Mixpanel for product analytics
• RevenueCat for purchases and subscriptions
• Apple, for in-app purchases and push notifications

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. It may disclose information when required by law or to protect its rights and the safety of users.

You can stop all collection by uninstalling the Application. You can turn notifications off in your device settings at any time. To request access to or deletion of data associated with your account, contact the Service Provider at maiapp.info@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact maiapp.info@gmail.com and it will be deleted.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections, and the Service Provider uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the updated policy.
